Do I need any prior experience to join?
No, our classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. We'll teach you everything you need to know!
Is kickboxing safe for beginners?
Absolutely! Our instructors are trained to ensure that classes are safe, fun, and effective. We focus on technique and building strength at your own pace.
Do I need to be in great shape to start?
Not at all! Kickboxing is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, but you don't need to be fit already. We'll help you progress at a comfortable pace.
How old do I need to be to start?
We offer classes for both kids (4+) and adults. Our classes are split by age so you'll be paired with people your own age to get the most out of the classes.
What will I learn in class?
You'll learn a wide array of kickboxing techniques, including punches, kicks, footwork, and combinations, as well as improve your fitness, coordination, and confidence.
What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes, like a T-shirt and shorts or leggings. For footwear, the classes are taken bare foot.
Do I have to fight?
No, our classes focus on developing techniques through pad & partner work. Sparring is an optional course for those interested, but never compulsory.
